In 2021,the company was selected as one of the industrial brand cultivation enterprises by Xi'an Bureau of Industry and Information Technology. And jointly established ferroalloy engineering technology research center with Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology
The company successfully won the bids for 8×48000kVA ferronickel furnace in Indonesia,6×30000kVA ferrochrome technical transformation EPC contract of Ningxia Huaxia Special Steel Co., Ltd., rotary kiln calcine transportation device of China ENFI etc., and signed a long-term cooperation agreement with China ENFI Engineering Co.,Ltd. (leading enterprise in China's non-ferrous engineering industry) , and the workshop of the company was selected as the equipment manufacturing base of China ENFI
The company purchasedadvanced manufacturing equipment such as automatic pipe bender, numerically-controlled plate bending machine, and processing center etc.， designed and manufactured experimental equipment such as water pressure test bench,secondary busbar simulation device etc. for technology research and development. The company actively promoted cooperation,successively reached long-term strategic cooperation relationship with large state-owned enterprises such as China XD Zhongte,Shaanxi CECEP，Sinosteel Xi'an Machinery, TISCO and TISCO Da Ming, China ENFI etc.
The company obtained investment from the third party, and began to integrate with international market in the iron, steel, ferroalloy and new energy industries etc., strengthened the research and development of smelting technology, and explored new technologies for equipment manufacturing, and moved towards energy conservation, environmental protection,and intelligence.
After the reform of state-owned enterprises in2016，Xi'an Pengyuan Metallurgical Equipment Co.,Ltd. was established with the Electric Furnace Divisionof Xi'an XD Pengyuan Heavy Electric Furnace Manufacturing Co.,Ltd. as the core in 2017，and inherited the main business of Xi'an XD Pengyuan Heavy Electric Furnace Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
